Cost explainer
This page explains what usually changes a Nigerian wedding catering quote without inventing per-head prices, package prices, deposit amounts or fixed minimums. Use it to prepare the right questions before you contact Miliki Spot.

Cost drivers
Two weddings can have the same guest estimate and still need very different work. This is why a serious quote needs a brief.
| Quote factor | Why it affects the quote | What to send Miliki Spot |
|---|---|---|
| Guest estimate | More guests can change preparation, packaging, transport, timing and staffing needs. | Send your current estimate and say whether it is rough or close to final. |
| Menu choice | A simple rice-led menu is different from a menu with multiple soups, swallow, specials, sides and pastries. | List priority dishes such as jollof rice, egusi, suya, pounded yam and puff puff. |
| Service style | Food handover, setup and staffed service are different levels of work. | Say whether you need food only, food plus setup, or food plus setup and staff support. |
| Venue and timing | Distance, access, setup windows and service time can affect practical planning. | Send the venue postcode or area, service time and any known access constraints. |
| Dietary and allergen notes | Special notes may require extra discussion before a menu can be agreed responsibly. | List allergies or dietary requirements early, even if the final guest list is not complete. |
Why no invented numbers
Publishing a made-up price would be less helpful than explaining what changes the quote. A wedding with jollof rice, sides and delivery is not the same job as a wedding that needs multiple soups, swallow, setup, staff support, venue coordination and a tighter service window.
